We received numerous complaints over the last couple of months that some of you were contacted by companies/websites who are pretending that they are traders and are tricking you into subscribing for their service.

As our members and industry at large knows, gsmExchange.com is the undisputed leader in this business, established for over 11 years now. I guess It is only natural that Everyone wants to be like us and as flattering as this may be, some companies/websites , who call themselves ''competitors'', claim that they offer a similar service (perhaps in the same way that a Rolls Royce provides a similar service to a bicycle in that they provide transportation), are being dishonest and are breaking business ethics in the process.

Furthermore, these companies/websites may have obtained contact information illegally, and we therefore wish to set the records straight, regarding Data Security and how we deal with it.

We at gsmExcghange.com are aware that by using our service many of you provide sensitive information and DATA PROTECTION is very important to us so please be aware of the following:

1. gsmExchange.com is a protected network, all companies on the site are background verified BEFORE they can have access and look at the trading floor therefore your details are not available to the general public. We don't just let anyone on here, it is exclusive!!

2. We Do Not share your information with other networks, websites, affiliates etc.

3. We Do Not keep credit card of bank details anywhere on the site. That would just be silly.

4. If you willingly share your log-in and access details with other companies/networks/services etc then you are in BREACH OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS and your account may be SUSPENDED or TERMINATED and then you wouldn't be able to make any money, and you wouldn't want that would you?
