How it works

As soon as you decide to start selling through gsmExchange, we will ask you to supply full details of your stock (models, quantities, condition, etc.) You will also need to decide on the following:

• Your reserve (minimum) price
• The deadline for the goods to be sold
• Geographical areas where the goods can and cannot be sold
• Types of companies to be completely excluded from the auction
• Your company can remain anonymous and never be identified as the ultimate seller

You remain fully in control of the key factors, while leaving all the management and administration of the sale to gsmExchange. Throughout the process there will be complete transparency and security, including a full bid history and audit trail.

Once the auction has ended, we will inform you of the top bid and the the buyer. gsmExchange will oversee the transaction process until all aspects of the deal have been concluded.

A negotiable fee will be charged only after a successful transaction. All bidders that fall below the reserve price, will be informed, thus giving you the ultimate decision on the selling price. In the event that an Auction has not reached the reserve price, and the goods are subsequently "pulled out" of the auction, there will be no fee, and no cost to you.

As a member of gsmExchange, you will regularly be invited to bid on mobile phone stock on gsmAuction™.

How it works

Prior to placing any stock on gsmAuction, we verify that the goods are physical and that the supplier is reliable and reputable to assure your total confidence.

Once you place your bid on an auction, you will be informed whether your bid reached the reserve (minimum) price. Provided you hold the winning bid, you will be contractually bound to buy the stock. Throughout the process there will be complete transparency and security, including a full bid history and audit trail.

As a buyer, you will have no additional fees, other than the price you bid. We will put you in direct contact with the owner of the stock and ensure that the transaction is concluded fast.
