Membership Quality

• All applicants go through a stringent verification process prior to gaining access. This includes background checks and a minimum of two positive trading references.
• Only companies that trade a minimum volume of trade are accepted.
• A minimum of 12 months activity within the industry is required to gain access.

Trade Monitor

With trade monitor, each company has the option of leaving feedback about other companies they have worked with. This is highly visible on each part of the website, indicating the experience of all pariticipants.

Trade Safe Advice

Premium members on gsmExchange, may contact our market experts by phone, fax or email, in order to inquire about any other players on the trading floor. Our team will share background information and assure them of the viability of the prospective trading partner.

Trade Dispute Resolution

Wherever possible, gsmExchange will assist you with any grievance you may have with another trading company. As a neutral third party with such a central position within the industry, gsmExchange can use its influence in order to arbitrate any trade disputes in a fair and positive manner.
