We have updated the website and have some cool new features for our members.

Brand new layout of trading floor, accessory board and noticeboard

To make life easier for you, we have updated the design and interface of the most important part of the website – the mobile phone wholesale trading floor. We have worked hard to make sure you can see important information more conveniently and access all the features even faster than before. Just click on the row containing the trade that interests you to see the relevant contact details and comments - it will load immediately. The menu offerings you had before will also remain. We also have updated the cellphone accessory board and industry noticeboard with the same features – below the text of the notice, you will find the link for options and contacts.

cdmaExchange

We have now added the CDMA phones to our trading floor. Post your trades by selecting models like you do normally and for the search we have added the option to filter the trading floor and phone models themselves according to the standard. The search box on the left side of the page will remember your selection, so if you do not wish to trade in CDMA – just select GSM there and you will never see CDMA models in the trading floor or the search box itself.

Contact your business partners using instant messengers

In the trading floor, noticeboard and accessory board you will now see the icons showing the on-line status of the members who posted offers. Just click on the icon of the messenger you prefer to use and you will be able to send a message to them.
Important for use:

• You must have the software installed on your computer
• Available IM services: MSN / Windows Live, Skype, Yahoo!, ICQ, AOL Instant Messenger (AIM)
• To display your status correctly you must enter the correct screen names in your profile. You might have to change some privacy options in your software as well. For details click here.

New layout of My gsmX page

Whenever you log on to gsmExchange you will be able to see more of our wholesale phone/accessories market and company contact details. We have established a blog (news area), to bring you updates about current industry status. If you have posted any trades – you will see the current information about matching deals as well as how many people are interested in them. The system will also suggest some other phone models which might interest you. The suggestion will appear when you search for phones in the trading floor, reflecting the current market situation.

Use gsmExchange in your own language!

To serve our international users better we have translated the website into 5 more languages – Spanish, German, French, Chinese and Russian. We hope this will help you make better use of the features of gsmExchange, thus bringing you more profit. We would also like to remind you that you can use our international call center (+353 1 255 8555) for help as well – we speak English, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Russian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Irish (Gaelic), Italian, Arabic, Portuguese.

More advertising options!

We have added a new advertising option – we can show your banners (468x60) on the trading floor, noticeboard and accessory board. gsmExchange is compatible with 98,3% of computer users. Our website works perfectly with all of the most popular browsers and platforms (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera). We are even ready for the upcoming release of Internet Explorer 7 this month.
