If you do not post stock on the trading floor then technically you are.

Why? gsmExchange is a trading platform, not a company directory, the only way a company can find you is if you are actively listing and promoting your company. There is a search function but it is only for narrowing down listings by model and by region. The most effective way to do deals is not by using the search function but by listing what you want to buy and sell.
