Since 1996 Telcoland is successfully selling mobile telecommunication devices, accessories and a variety of related services. Today nearly 60 employees are split into several divisions, contributing energetically to the overall customer satisfaction:
- International wholesale: this group handles mayor orders of smartphones and tablets from other telco companies via online marketplaces or existing business relations
- Business customers: a team of representatives services small and mayor corporations across industries in and around Hamburg
- Call center: on the one hand responding to end customers after sales support needs and on the other hand acting on behalf of major customers for special information campaigns
- Technical repair center: to support own customers as well as customers of mayor German telco carriers with technical problems of the mobile devices
- Telco Stores: a selection of O2 and Vodafone Premium Stores in northern Germany serves the needs of the end consumers
- Vodafone Business Premium Store: this store includes Germanys first FuturePark, a live showroom where customers can experience the latest home networking features managed by smartphones - from remote steering of security / alarm systems, to the illumination or entertainment.
- Online-Shop: at www.telcoland.de, eBay or Amazon, customers can purchase mobile phones and equipment online anytime
